Fed Resume Pro — Terms of Service

By downloading or using the Fed Resume Pro mobile application (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

Fed Resume Pro is designed to help users create and format federal resumes for USAJOBS and OPM-style applications. The app provides guidance and AI-assisted suggestions, but final resume content decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

No Employment Guarantee

Fed Resume Pro does not guarantee:

• Employment offers

• Interview selection

• Hiring outcomes

• USAJOBS referral or ranking results

The app provides tools and guidance only and should not be considered professional, legal, or employment advice.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you enter

• Reviewing all generated content before use

• Ensuring your resume complies with job-specific requirements

You should not include sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers or security clearance details.

Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and functionality are owned by Fed Resume Pro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the resume content you create. By using the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide app functionality.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The app may generate content using automated or AI-assisted systems. Generated content may:

• Require review and editing

• Contain inaccuracies

• Reflect generalized patterns rather than job-specific requirements

Users are solely responsible for verifying and finalizing all content.

Third-Party Services

Fed Resume Pro may rely on third-party services to provide functionality such as AI processing, analytics, or performance monitoring. These services are used only to support the app and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability & Changes

We may:

• Update, modify, or discontinue features at any time

• Release updates that modify functionality

• Temporarily suspend access for maintenance or improvements

We are not liable for interruptions or changes to the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fed Resume Pro and its owners shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Lost job opportunities or income

• Errors in generated content

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated. Users may stop using the app at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
